Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2PM IST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
For custom / personalised pieces, an additional 5–7 business days are required before dispatch.
We ship to all major cities and towns across India via trusted courier partners. Currently we do not ship internationally — international shipping is coming soon.
A tracking number is shared via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Log in to your account and visit My Orders for real-time status updates.
Each piece is wrapped in tissue and placed in a signature Virasat box before being packed in a tamper-proof courier bag. Your jewellery is insured for its full value during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
