Return Window
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging with tags intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice / order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalised / engraved pieces
- Items purchased during clearance / final-sale events
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days for size or design changes, subject to availability. The item must meet the same return eligibility criteria. Freight charges for exchange shipping are borne by the customer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate a refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method or as Virasat store credit (your choice).
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at our contact page or WhatsApp with your order number.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and hand it over to the courier.
- Refund / exchange is processed upon receipt and inspection.
